Cody has mastered his balance! His shirt says "I do all my own stunts". Very appropriate, wouldn't you say?
Okay, so once again, Steven and I have had to resort to taking Cody on our now "un"date-night. Cody is to the point where he does NOT want to be held, sit down, or still for more then about 2.2 seconds. He is just go go go all the time. Although this is absolutely one of my favorite things about him as it provides me with hours of entertainment just watching him discover the world around him...it makes for a really hard time trying to go ANYWHERE. I have loved taking Cody with us places, because, until he could walk, it was so fun to watch him in awe at his new surroundings and everything going on around him. But now that he is 100% mobile, those days are no more. Not only does he want to watch, but he wants to touch and play with, and then move onto the next thing asap. Anyway, I feel like I'm repeating myself. Enough said.
Now, to the point...does anybody know any really good, trustworthy babysitters? We don't want to leave Cody with just anyone, but if someone was highly recommended, we are a little more open to it. We would really like someone that we could count on to watch him a couple times a month so Steven and I can spend some time together. Which is a pretty rare occurence these days as I'm sure most of you moms out there understand. We would try to get some girls from the ward, but most of them are getting to the age where they really aren't available anymore. Anyway, if any of you know anyone, please let me know. Thank you!

I wish I knew babysitters! We could use one. I seriously am ready to start a babysitter exchange. You know like one person watches the kids one week and then the next family gets the kids the next. That way you get three dates a month for free. Oh well
Abs is great...I don't know how close you guys are...I know how that is and we didn't and still mostly don't date..It is a rare occurance!
Ahh, boys!! I love that you are going through that, he sounds exactly like Dallin! I hope that Holden isn't quite so energetic, or maybe that I have just gotten so old that I don't notice it! Good luck with the babysitter thing, that is something we have struggled with forever!
he is getting so big, doesnt look like a baby anymore but a toddler. i swear yeasterday kristy was telling me you had a baby.
Hey I think I gave him that stunt shirt! It seemed so big when he was born! I know of a few babysitters in my ward that are great. They have lots of experience with babies. Call me if you want names and numbers!
By the way! We love babies at our house and we would love to play with Cody if we are available. If you ever can't find anyone call us...we would watch him!
I would babysit ANY TIME for you. Unfortunately, we live in Payson, so you'd have to bring him clear down here. I know you might not think so, but Payson has TONS of fun things to do here. There are a lot of small restaraunts that are really good and very low crowd numbers. Plus we are just a hop skip and a jump away from Payson Canyon and Santequin Canyon. Great for a romantic picnic or to sit by the fire with your man and roast mallows.
